but i think the skills only come out when in time of need since when she tried to do sculpting earlier nothing happened but while it was raining at the night before the event itself. the skill came out

Or i think it wasn't yet stated or revealed yet at all. SO we can only assume that they are just dreams of amazing people great at their own field.
