According to alexa, an asshole can be stretched up to 4.5 - 5 diameter. Let's say kouichi's asshole limitation will only took 5 diameters whereas caius's dick is around 8 - 10^ inches wider with a length of unknown measure. Since 10 inches can't fit the 5 diameters asshole, it would only be possible if the dick is measured as 5 diameters however, as you can see in the manga, caius managed to insert half of his dick to kouchi. The only theory i can manage to explain is the 5 diameters wide of caius dick is indeed inside kouichi, now what happens to the remaining one? I concluded that the remaing measure to caius's dick is thrown in other dimensional world or either it was transported. The light saber's dick is the proof of my research which is we can't see what's happening during those actions..
