of course this is true.. the tiny difference is he just admitted that he 'didn't know' if he was unconciously looking for a replacement and didn't deny he dressed him up like his ex. I get it, his mind is blown , he's not responding well, and of course he loves the MC.. but also, of course the MC is shaken and feels hurt. He's not breaking up, he just said he wants to be alone.
We already know who inspired the costume and it wasn't the ex, it was some idol. I'm not saying the guy can't be upset and need a little time to think. It's the comments about Fu being a jerk and dump him and so on that are out of line.

People are over-reacting. So his looks are what caught Fu's eye. Are you telling me that because one of my ex's was tall and blonde, I'm never allowed to date another tall blonde? Or because he liked basketball, my current partner who also likes basketball must be only a cheap replacement? That's just stupid. You fall in love with the person, not their face and not their hobbies or whatever.
I'll bet most of you could look back through your past partners and find all kinds of similarities among them - looks, personality, interests.
