not always, also the ribs would be what broke first and bones breaking from cpr doesnt always happen and is more common in older people as they are more fragile. but who knows
Honestly CPR is a lot easier once the ribs break. Just saying. Like what was said earlier normally it’s the ribs that break and that happens sometimes not all the time. But your chest would definitely hurt.
Lol when I was taught about CPR in health class in elementary school we were told the ribs can bend to a certain degree naturally so we always thought they were like a spring we even had to practice it on other kids so essentially we were told to hurt the other kids. It wasn't until I was much older that I learned that wasn't the case and was like oh yes that's why it hurt so much.
