So...

Sa-in's ex married Eunjoo's ex and the married couple found out they just married people who prefer a same-sex partner, and one or both of them died/killed themself. Both Eunjoo and Sa-in consider themselves to be indirect murderers because of this - maybe they spilled the beans on their exes on purpose? Anyway, that's a lot of guilt to carry, whether it's rational or not.

It makes sense that Sa-in would try to keep any relationship after that to casual-sex only and to think he doesn't deserve to be loved by someone good like Sung-jae. And to be worried that dating someone who was previously dating a woman might leave again for another woman, starting the cycle over again. He fell in love though, so now he's all messed up and scared.

Have I got that right?

Thank YOU for clearing things up. I find it hilarious when most readers whine that Sa-in is a little bitch, slut etc for leaving the other guy when its obvious its reasonable for him to be insecure and broken. Like jfc its an angsty story for crying out loud. Smh
