jihyun did beat chinwoo up because he Wouldn't except his feeling of being more than friend so he beat him up bad enough to be in the hospital. Im also 90% sure he raped him too. The author doesn't make 100% clear in the story but heard that the author said on their twitter that he raped chinwoo. Still I don't know for sure.

Thanks for clearing it up, it was quite a long time since i read this so i kinda forgot details but after going back to some chapters it was implied that he was indeed raped
Can someone recap what happened to jihyun and chiwoo in the past? I seem to have forgotten about it, but I'm assuming Jihyun beat up, or worse raped Chiwoo
