You are correct....they basically let leslie do all the work and studying and sacrifice her and the knowledge and power goes to eli.......I’m surprised you figured that out since I had to read the spoilers to figure out the dynamics of this story
I started wondering if the reason why they made Leslie study all those hard things were because the golden haired siblings also got their knowledge besides their magic when they killed the silver haired children.
