Same. I love how this manhua makes you think that because of the main character and his cold logic mentality. You know it's good storytelling when your thoughts are completely in line with one of the characters and suddenly change along with theirs as events progress. Just like how we thought that ning er was a useless burden who should be removed, they did too and changed their guilty minds as fast as we did.
I kind of regret thinking before that they should leave the girl. Now she help them survive but what luck they keep running to danger
