Thank youuu! I completely misunderstood that part.
i was thinking they deliberately kill some soldiers because of lack of supplies.
Lol i should have gave more meaning to the part where it said some soldiers "cure" themselves.(￣∇￣")
Lol, took me a while to understand the cliff and medicine scenario. So what they meant was that many soldiers also committed suicide (through either medicine overdose or jumping off a cliff) because of stress and anxiety. PTSD probablty.
I realized that the author often uses roundamount dialogues and means to deliver his message。Im not saying it is a bad thing, it is just difficult to understand in one get go. Not good for fast pace reading which i usuallt do.
