there’s some novels that the omega can get pregnant in anytime when the alpha put their seed in them some can’t get pregnant unless they’re in heat or something and some when the alpha knot inside the omega and put their seed in them they get pregnant (if there’s no problems with the omega or the alpha) in the end it’s up to the author (〜￣△￣)〜

It does depend on manga and rules but I was always "taught" that knotting doesn't need to happen in order to get pregnant . Also I'm pretty sure neck biting is a thing in this one bc the one omega in the beginning has a bite mark of I remember correctly. Do I think the pregnancy Wil greatly impact the quality of the story? Yep. I think when authors add in babies it takes away from the baby and only focuses on the parents. If you're gonna add a baby the baby has to have a major part in the story, not just for character development.
