I don't know, I think the dragon was a girl pretending to be a guy from the beginning... reason why s/he was embarrassed when seen while changing and why s/he looks/acts so girly when dressed like a girl ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ
Ehhh too bad clearly chapter 18 showed he is a man
i would think that also, except they clearly showed that when he was naked, our mc knew he was a man.
i keep forgetting our dragon friend isn't a girl and i laugh every time i remember- like he's so chill in that dress
