This is something I noticed that I think is pretty strange. So you know the reincarnated dragon girl has super cool blue dragon eyes? Why does the emperor also have red dragon eyes? Like what if he's in a similar situation as the fl where he was a dragon but was reborn as a human.... just me thinking out loud, but it seems like a cool hypothesis.
