She didn't get rid of the baby,she had a miscarriage. It's implied in the scene where she's sitting on the toilet at work and looks shocked. Also the dotor said that it was common in the early stages.

I thought she got rid of it herself and used something like pills to get rid, or had an abortion. Didn't realise it was a miscarriage, so sad. Thanks for the info tho.
