Idk, and have a feeling that it’s like he wants eunwoo to remember on his own or he doesn’t want it to seem like he’s followed him even tho he did go back there to find him lol
Since I'm not the author, I couldn't tell you exactly what's going on, but if you look at how Arte talks, acts, thinks around Eunwoo, he's almost referencing that he.did something really bad when they were younger. As I said to another person , why would he want to bring up something that possibly hurt Eunwoo, the guy he.loves, back up when he's happy and living on with his life? Guaranteed, Eunwoo will find out, probably from Jisu since he seems incredibly perceptive. This is just my theory and opinion, so by no means an I saying I'm right, but this is what I think.
