That's true, I guess it's because all the guys(about 4-5 people) I know in IRL who starts relationships like that (they tend to switch often) never really cherish them, and their reasoning for breaking up are always " I never really liked her in the first place, she was the one who liked ME"
And I have friends who fall for people like that, and it's no ones fault really.
I always just feel that it's pretty irresponsible if one party clearly knows that they both value the relationship differently, but never bothered to clarify. :/
Also these kind of guys that I know only cherish their girlfriends if THEY were the ones who wants the relationship in the first place. (They often, like very often, become clingy and over the top in those relationships, even though they also said they disliked their string of past exs for being clingy) ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍
Tbh, I don't hope for any more romance or have hope for a change in the MC anymore, after reading the some spoilers about the visual novel... romance is dead for me in this webtoon. (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜

Despite what is written in the wiki, people who read the novel say it ends up in polygamy. Means he takes Irene and red hair as his wives. Means two wives.
I am not in for polygamy, especially when they don't all another and only one is loved by them all ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍
People who say if both love him and he loves them, it's alright, are pretty much saying, that it would also be alright for him to have ten wives or even more if it there is love and that is totally not my cake. Either take one or none and live on your own with your artifact fanatic self. I don't expect any good developement in the romance aspect. He'll just be mister harem playboy for me now and I hope they will cut the 'romance' part as short as possible - the end in my view will not be worth any drama - so hopefully it'll be short and unromantic as much as possible ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

... I have mixed feelings, Irene kinda shows her feelings for her crush quite often, and is bashful etc etc
But the way our MC says his feelings are more of a , " Yea, I like you" in a very nonchalant way, it just rubs me the wrong wayI guess, like his feelings are more of a"hmmm yeah " since it works out, it's okay kinda surface level "like" instead of a passionate "like" . Like it feels like he wouldn't cared if Irene did or didn't like him, and if she did, it's a plus kinda "like"..ah, I'm rambling
But well, maybe I just perceived it wrong :/
