No there's none. Nakyum is like that because he gives up on his self and just doing whoever the person who keeps him to do what he wants him to do. He's not feeling worthy enough for anything. And Seungho's reaction to his question previously doesn't help his case. Nakyum does actually has a momentary thought that Seungho cares for him. It is later dimissed with Seungho saying he's doing it because he's his sex slave, for his own interest. Not for Nakyum.
