I second novelupdates.com!! It has everything. You can use the series finder to look for specifically yaoi/shounen ai. You didn't ask for this but I've read quite a few BL novels and here are a few I really recommend, all with at least 4.6/5 rating and COMPLETE!!:
- Quickly Wear the Face of the Devil (classic BL on the site)
- Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation (also classic BL, it has its own manga/anime/drama too because it got so popular for its plot)
- Guide On How To Fail At Online Dating (So funny and sweet with MC cat fishing to take revenge for his sister who was deceived by a cheating scum in the novel! Interactions with ML are hilarious, I won't spoil too much about who he is but don't get put off with the first impression)
An excellent BL translation website is Chrysanthemum Garden. They only translate BL web novels. The Novel Updates website I previously mentioned is like the novel general with EVERYTHING. Chrysanthemum Garden is just one of those translators so they don't have all BL, just the BL they chose to translate but there's a lot. Guide On How To Fail At Online Dating is one of them :)
