the art style looks new it’s not old at all. The old style looks very different from this. Pointy face is just an anime thing overall so idk what you mean and the old ones were a lot more exaggerated. Big hands probably but I’ve seen lots of new bl with big hands to and once again it was a lot more exaggerated in the old style.
It looks like Junjou Romantica. Old.
I don't mean this as an insult or anything but the art style is new but it's not like good new. Lol I'm sorry. It's not like the art style is bad, it is fine. Another things is that characters from old manga are drawn pretty thin. Even the semes almost havd the body of an uke. And in this manga the body mass was fine but they have more muscles compared to old art styles. Although this art style ressembles old manga but it's really new. I think some ppl just think it's old because most new art styles nowadays are so damn pretty.
