I wonder how i wonder why, why did he said they will broke up wat i dont understand

I don’t know for sure but I’m guessing it’s because he feels guilty for getting (the guy that was in the hospital- forgot his name lol) involved with the crazy guy from his childhood. And since this isn’t even the first or second time he got beat up by the crazy guy I think, he probably thinks that if they break up hospital guy wouldn’t get hurt anymore ┗( T﹏T )┛
