There probably confused because in chapter 4 the seme mentions that “this kid who could be my son” someone commented before about how what the seme meant was he’s old enough to be ukes father
Or he means it literally who knows but the mom did reject him, I’m sure that meant sex as well
Why do a lot of ppl misunderstood and thought the uke is seme's son omg. Even they already stated that uke's mom rejected the seme before. And the seme did say "my FRIEND's son (the uke)" lol
