This is the raws until ch. 19, though it states here that it has 39 chapters but they've just strippen them in halves.

Chapter 33 is free (for now i think) in the official chinese distributor (kuaikanmanhua), just type 公爵与家庭教师 in google, other chapters need to be bought

If you're looking for korean raws aside from official distributors then I don't think there is :(( well it's better to support the author on bomtoon :))

Also just a heads up, this numbering of chapters is different from the kor one. So i dunno if it's the legit ch. 29, I just based it from those chinese sites. If you want more spoilers, there are ch. 31 - 34 spoilers in facebook, just search using the duke's private tutor. There you have it folks! (=・ω・=)

It does but the smut part is only available in the korean version. The official english distributor apparently doesn't have a license to translate the smut parts.
