I said something on a diffrent comment further down about the twins guardian, but what I thought of in regards why he hasn't said anything is that explaining who he is, and what he needs from them, could make the current situation worst. If they know that he is their gaurdian, only for him be lost because they couldn't trust the family that could just make them have even more mental stuff to deal with, and if he explains that for him to stay alive he needs them to trust in the royal family, they'd might open up out of a sense of duty, and start going through the motions of it, while in their hearts it becomes even harder for them to truly feel it
True, since somehow the twins would undoubtedly sacrifice themselves just to not become a burden to others. Even if they basically hate the royalties, they will just suck it up because there is someone who'll die. But since this was already a mess, maybe its better to let everything out???? The twins would be very happy tho upon knowing they actually have someone they can rely on. Nevermind, I'll just wait for this to be updated. Haha. I quite like how the manhwa goes as of now. Hopefully, the three (emperor and the twins) will mend their relationship.

I am 23. If I was in the position of the twins, I would be as frightened as them. Heck, I will not even survive for a week if it was me. We, people in those ages, are not adults yet just so you know (in my case or anyone who also feels the same?). We are not totally mature, we are barely adults. Adults calls us kids, yet kids calls us adults just because we are in 20s. We are ON THE WAY to adulthood. Even I cannot understand our place in the society yet pressure us to some extent. Just wait until you reach this age and people started to point at you for not achieving this and that despite of being in 20s already. Plus I'm an asian. Asian parents are hard to please demmit. Sorry for that rant hehe.
So imagine a not so adult souls who knows nothing about politics dying and then waking up in a tiny body, in a new world, you would be helpless like sht. Plus!!! THEY WERE AN UNWANTED CHILD. Not by any normal family but the fckin royalty! Abandoned from how many years. From birth even!!! THEIR TRUST ISSUES WERE UNDERSTANDABLE! The mental trauma to that is unimaginable, they may have the soul of people in their 20s but their brains have not yet developed as one. Whatever age you were in your past life, you'll regress to your age because it was not a brain that transmigrated, its only the memories or the soul dude (which is actually my long time question since most characters in the manhwas or novels who transmigrated were almost geniuses upon being born, like how tf did they do that?! How can a mere undeveloped brain of a fetus think like that?! But then its FICTION. I know logic don't apply in it). In short, your mind will be messed up.
I understand the twins. I would loathe my parents if they keep on hammering it on my head that I was NOT supposed to live. However, I also understand the emperor. He is really helpless in taking care of the unexpected addition to his family. He even accepted the twins despite of the opposition of the whole country. He is the emperor and the weight of the whole country on his shoulder. I am actually happy on how he treats the twins differently from his other children. They really need extra care and is very different from the other princes who seems like adults. About the guardian, I'm wondering why not tell the twins that they have one and maybe they will try to be considerate? Idk, because right now, the twins will keep on stubbornly hating the emperor because they thought they only have themselves. Anyways, this is just my opinion tho haha. (=・ω・=)
That was a long speech or maybe I was just triggered by some prior comments here saying people in their 20s should be like mature, this and that. Like girl no, just no. We barely live 2 decades. Not enough to be discriminated as 'SHOULD BE MATURE'. Dear, I also want to strip my clothes and ran around our living room like a toddler sometimes.
