Umm sympathizing doesn't mean that all the bad deeds are forgotten it's just that people forgot with time especially in a manga so they shouldn't be judged very harshly and i have seen many people supporting cool antagonist who are murders Or have done some horrendous crimes or protagonist doing the same kind of things for revenge or saving a female lead. Again feel free to be on your high horse and think you're better than everyone else because you don't empathize with a fucked up character ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Also how people perceive the white haired guy depends on how the author portrays him . Good looking, rich, madly in love is how most people perceive a protagonists or mc so it's normal that people pity him it doesn't decide the reader's character
and no one said anything about me thinking im above everyone else, you just seem to be overreacting about our opinion on people who sympathize with the guy
