Okay I like the story and all but the thing that is really boggling my mind is that she just completely forgot about her family is that raised her for over 17 years, like did her memories get erased or is she just like okayyyyyy going with the flow(●￣(ｴ)￣●)

i think it's because her bio dad told her that she ceased to exist in the human world. so they don't remember her.
