Why is the father agaithe marriage? Can someone spoil me?

So I read a spoiler a while back that it’s a much bigger plot and basically there’s 3 ppl who went against god and are set to reincarnate and keep committing the same sin in each life. She is one of them. She killed her child in her first life and will do it in every life if she regains her memory I believe. I forgot some of it. But I’m pretty sure the meds she takes is to help surpress all that and I think if I remember the dukes son is her child reborn so she’s fated to kill him again and re live all that bull crap. But like I said I read it a while back so I may be incorrect about a few things

Okay so I read that spoiler too and I thought that because she was reincarnated that the rules wouldnt apply but I guess you still can’t escape it even though it’s a different soul.
