so basically mc was a genetically made omega because he had some similar traits of an omega. mc’s real name is han sang yeul, and is the actual (adopted) youngest son of the han company (they are a big pharmaceutical company that surround alpha and omegas). after a few years mc is shunned because he isn’t actually an omega like they wanted but since the public never new what his face actually looked like, they just swapped him for the the president of the company’s ( mc’s adoptive dad) illegimate son ( had with a diff woman from his wife) the dude who beat up mc was the adoptive dad at the beginning and then later the fake han sang yeul (the illegitimate son, he’s the blonde guy) so basically the prince is supposed to marry the fake han sang yeul but really the mc is the real one. sorry this was long but i hope this explains it (●'◡'●)ﾉ
