Glasses boy isn't really at fault, both him and Eunyoung don't know/understand the other's common sense due to the difference in their upbringing and experience.
I just felt worse for Eunyoung as he didn't speak up, even when he realised that glasses boy was accusing him for not caring/have no empathy for MC. When we as readers know how out of character he is by willingly staying by MC's side and offering him snacks and give him company. Company that Eunyoung probably didn't even have when he was sick(assumption).
