Ehhh in the Chinese context it’s a lot more normal even if it sounds somewhat guilty but the translation is just the plain meaning/definition so it’s the connotation of it that doesn’t make it that weird

I hate the fact they say “remington gave you a chance, you better work hard” to me it feels like they are trying to make him feel guilty because remington helped him.
