These coins do have an expiration date so you can't mass collect them, it's best to find a weekly manhwa you like so you can support the author and purchase the chapters legally each week, such as Painter of the Night. [PotN chapters cost 3 coins which is perfect but some other manhwa's cost 4 coins.]
I think the extra 'bonus' coins you have are for specific manhwas, which you can't use for any other manhwa except the one its intended for. Keep in mind that Lezhin only gives you 2 bonus coins and most manhwa chapters cost 3 or 4.

This story had the most intricate developments in terms of plot, characters, and relationships. Chapter 106.5 put more perspective into the characters and why the author made them that way. I love how nothing was rushed and how obviously the author put so much thought into everything. Their past reflected their present selves, and reading chapter 106.5 made me understand and accept the turn of events of this manhwa more.
