i had joked alot about going to therapy after watching sad movies but i legit went to therapy after watching banana fish. i couldn't sleep for 2 days straight bc i was haunted by what ash gone through. this is the pain i dont wanna get through any more ╥﹏╥
omg was therapy helpful? because it's been almost 1 year since i first watched/read banana fish and i still cry in my closet almost every week just because of it. i really would love to get fixed lol.
actually i didn't talk about banana fish in therapy my depression got worse after watching banana fish thats why i went there anyways it doesn't help with the "crying over banana fish" issue lol
lol i hate self-diagnosis and i never went to a therapist but i also think i have depression and banana fish is like my breaking point or sth like that. i asked in this sense. ○>
ohh sorry haha therapy didn't really work for me i guess the therapist just wasn't for me so i went to psychiatrist and i'd say i'm a lil bit better now even w/o meds. but i would recommend seeing a psychologist first bc psychiatrists usually prescribe meds on first meeting without actually giving u talk therapy
