Do u know which chapters feature the twins and oto san? Im not sure but I remember that there is a chapter wherein of the twins went to oto san and michi' apartment to give some food or meds maybe? Thankss!!
It’s from a special chapter.. there’s 2 side stories which is yuki and matsuo pair and the 2nd story is oto and twins..

Junseo x jaewon's ship will never sail. I saw the raws. I was a bit disappointed, because junseo was the one who was there during jaewon's difficult times. He understand jaewon better than karam.

Weird thing,i've been reading a lot of yaoi like this,and in my case it's always the first childhood love who wins and the new guy is just used as plot device for the first guy to realise his feeling for the MC ┗( T﹏T )┛
