no random big boobed girls, likeable interesting characters with lots of variety, interesting and engaging plot, not too medical so its ez to understand, not too lighthearted. I like that the way the characters act are kinda realistic w the drugs opium etc. And that the settings arent romanticized, the unhygienic, dirtiness n the many kind of viruses. Honestly really solid, fun read cant wait for more chap
