Gwen is a mage that has memories from past lives so he has many interesting stories to tell Nain (if you notice the cat maid reference,Tinkerbell, water gun, etc) Gwen initial mission is to research about dragon and their mate (fyi, Gwen HATES dragons bc they aren’t sacred being but just an evil monster something like that) but then he pities and falls in love with Nain, then asked Nain if they could run away together)
For the cheating topics, No, they didn’t start their relationship after the cheating. It’s more like Nain adores Gwen skills and wise and then slowly falling for him but Nain feels guilty of just the thought of letting Gwen kissing his body (bc Gwen is jealous… lol…) but the just the thought of living with Amon for eternity just make him want to die too

I'm afraid ppl like you in this cs should get some help before getting into an rs because u might end up in an abusive relationship without even knowing.
