So Cain is like way superior than Sid. If Im not mistaken, Sid is his acquaintance before this? Which is why Cain asked Sid "Have I mistreated you?" which is no, Cain was nice to Sid. But apparently Sid is acquaintance to Satan, a superior as well as Cain. Sid had some issues , like he had those another half that kept on telling him to be the one to rule the immortal world. And Im thinking that Sid is actually not trying to kill Cain because of Satan, it's because of him. He's being selfish of himself.
But overall Im also confused by what's happening cause I read both raws and the update so it's like here and there uhuk About the doctor anyway, before this he also had a 'door'. But his door died and it was ages ago which is why he decided to help the uke caused he understand the pain of losing your loved ones.

so basically satan and cain are going at each other. sid is supposedly on cain's side since they've been friends since they were younger but something happened which made sid realize that cain wasn't fit to rule and so he becomes a secret agent of the sorts. he's working under satan while at the same time tricking cain. like when he gave that jewel necklace to that crazy demon or when he attempted to kill the doctor. the doctor could've healed cain.
I think greed and power made Sid betray Cain. Cain is a nutcase, but he is fair. Sid was offered power and a place by an even more powerful leader, which to him, as something that was throw away, makes him feel better.
since they are fighting over power and somehow I forgot that whether Sid is actually switched sides or he's just on his own. thats it (=・ω・=)
