Nope. I'm mentally ill but I don't think homosexuality is a mental illness. In fact gays and mentally ill people are equally oppressed. You may have meant the ones who are treated as normal yet other and marginalize less privileged groups are the real mentally ill people but the social context being what it is means the mentally ill still feel the effects of stigmatization from it.

Yeah, that's because it's not, it's a factually documented and recorded occurrence in societies and civilizations dating about as far back as history books do and occurs naturally in practically every form of life. I happen to be bi and clinically bipolar (what a fun combo), so I've heard my fair share of shit talk about both and figure it's just best to roll your eyes at the ill-informed, educate them if they're willing and if not, just roll with the punches and go on with your day.

Also, when I was saying "in the minds of those who are actually mentally ill" I was just referring to religious people who hate people for who they love because an ancient fairy tale written before the invention of plumbing that allegedly promotes love and acceptance told them to (I consider that to be quite a severe mental illness, personally). I wasn't talking about just mentally ill people in general, especially considering I'm one of them haha.

Sangwoo only cares for his own disgustingly psychotic enjoyment and because he has a major Oedipus complex towards him. Bum has extreme stock holm syndrome. If you think that’s caring for each other, you seriously need a mental evaluation, because that is no where near legitimate love and care between two people. It’s manipulation and horrific psychological warfare.

They never said anything about legitimate love or care. Psychopaths are sometimes able to feel some sort of affection or attachment to someone, especially if that person has a resemblance to someone else important to them. Its nowhere near the generic version of love and care, but in terms of a psychopaths range of emotions, I'd say Sangwoo has some form of attachment to Bum, even if it's only for the resemblance to his mother. Its pretty obvious he's not just doing this for fun and while he does seem to enjoy fucking with Bum, it wouldn't be enough to deliberately keep him alive.
