I know he's not at full power, but Boruto's body probably doesn't have a single scratch while Sasuke and Naruto are both exhausted AND they have their guards down now that Isshiki is dead. Maybe they could've won a full-on fight against him, but stabbing an eye is probably manageable for Momoshiki right now. Anyway, we'll see the repercussions next chapter, take what I said with a grain of salt
