Like on previous chapter, we saw that he was on the tub fully clothes while talking to mc on the call. then now, when mc walked into the bathroom, he realized it's cold aND THAT'S BECAUSE ML WAS STAYING THERE FOR HOURS TO PURPOSELY GET COLD SO HE COULD CALL MC AND MAKE HIM TAKE OF HIM. AND THAT'S PRETTY FCKED UP. JUST SHOWS HOW MUCH OF A BURGUNDY (DARK RED) HE IS.

There will be a time when the MC will still go through his plan on killing ML even though he is fully aware that he himself loves ml, but decided to still go through the plan because he needs to avenge his family, and not doing so means that he is being selfish and is betraying his family. Then ML, despite knowing mc's plan, he will still continue to love him even if it means dying. He also thinks that he deserve it and it's just right to die at MC's hands because the person he deeply cherish has to suffer because of what he did, and he sees this as a way to atone for his sins.
