Have you spoken to your parents about it? This kid doesn't sound like he's safe for you to be around and your friends and teachers are wrong. Can you go over your teachers' heads about it? Like to the principal or the school board?
In the meantime, don't ever be alone with him, as I don't think it's safe for you given his behavior.
