You know what, I don't think it's just their ignorance, it's more like they can't accept, that everyone has their own understanding and definitions of same things.

Example- the latest thoughts tsubaki had for Yuu, I undertood it as, he wanna have Yuu to himself and do romantic stuff as only couples do romance and he can see himself as a grown up because he knows only then he can do it, his romantic stuff only went as far as holding hands with Yuu and that was tsubaki idea of perverted but because he saw that porn mag, he now know what perverted stuff means plus he's got really supportive friends who give him lots of ideas , he imagined Yuu in place of others in that mag. In the nxt chapter I saw their hesitation of how far they're willing to go rn, them communicating about their worries and feelings but at the same time author showed they wanna be with each other in the future.
I love reading this because I'm rooting for tsubaki and Yuu and I wanna see them happy together and I like their journey.

I feel these antis read with one-eye closed or they just read in a way that support their narrative, they're too sensitive and can't it light heartedly, their aggression is because this story challenges their idea of naive and innocent kid but even irl kids are so fast-forward with these things lol, they can't digest the fact that tsubaki has crush and the chances of Yuu liking tsubaki back has also increased.
