Matthew broke out and then went to avclub to get drunk, he was drunk and drugged to the point he was hallucinated he was kissing Jin when in reality a woman (who drugged him) force herself into him,
He snapped out of it and ran away intoxicated was found laying on a street by Brandon? (Can't remember the name but he was the big good looking guy that was with Jin before),
Iirc, the guy drugged him more and kept implying that Jin never remembers him (he knows about Matthew), didn't care about him, liked doing it rough (the sex), basically, he implies that Jin has relationship with him and probably many others and Matthew was an unimportance.
He send a picture of Matthew to Jin, Jin found him drugged to the point his mind was clouded,
Matthew thought he was in a dream but in reality he raped Jin saying all sort of things the older guy before said to him,
Jin wanted to resist and beat Matthew up but he couldn't do it but he kept trying to talk Matthew out of it while Matthew forced himself on him,
Then, while Matthew was being rough towards Jin, his wound ended up opening but he still told Matthew this was reality and he was real to make him snapped out this.
