Pandora created a topic of Reunion

i really liked yoonsung he’s such a rare breed of good person. hakyung on the other hand is very realistic… flawed and pitiful. his actions makes sense cause of what he’s been through, but it gets frustrating to spend 3/4 of the story watching him just waver back and forth. like it’s obvious he loves yoonsung but he doesn’t let himself act on those desires. gotta love that the characters are self-aware tho. even yoonsung himself said he’s the pushover in their rs. it definitely isn’t your average rich seme, poor uke that’s for sure. the art is astoundingly good and fluid too

*spoiler*

edit: the accident explained so many things y’all. at this point i’m just glad they found their way back to each other. while i had reservations, the resolution is satisfying. i love grandpa so much

Pandora created a topic of Reunion

not usually a fan of chaebol family dramas but sticking around cause of the positive reviews this story got. mc’s coconut hair and wig still bothers me tho art is really pretty regardless. can’t wait for their characters to develop

Pandora created a topic of In the Private Room
meh

only read this if you have all the time in the world to waste bc i need 2 hours of my weekend back… agree w/ whoever said read limited run instead. much more palatable bc of the pretty art style and the mc there actually looks like a showbiz artist, not some mob character

Pandora created a topic of Love at First Fright

i find the uke really pretty idgaf what anyone says, i’d be head over heels for him too. best thing i’ve read this week.

Pandora created a topic of Exclusive No-Love Zone

second couple pisses me off, wish they’d get less screentime. also the fact that everyone has the same surname confuses the hell out of me also the nepotism byeee hahaha

Pandora created a topic of Mad Dog

although the plot is cliche and ml’s a red flag in ALL aspects of life, i still liked the main story. the art style and nostalgia carried, as a fan of haribo’s old work. could’ve done without the rape in the sidestory. it maybe in character for a mob like sehyuk, but most of the plot is nonsense anyway it wouldn’t kill him to ask for consent. like everyone else said, it’s annoying that he got the upper hand in their relationship all throughout. this kind of stories only get better if the red flag turns into a desperate, consensual simp afterwards… ╮( ̄△ ̄)╭

Pandora created a topic of Reverse Thinking

yeah this is not good for my blood pressure

Pandora created a topic of The World Without You

initially got thrown off by how mc was so quick to accept sex as part of the “acting” gig… then i couldn’t take the chasing arc seriously cause they kept going at it before communicating. it’s revealed that their dysfunctional families gave both of them mental issues, so at the end of the day they deserve/suit each other. felt bad for hyun cause he got sidelined

Pandora created a topic of Indulged in Your Light

i swear manhua art is always on another level. every panel is a full-on painting. mcs have one of the healthiest relationships out there. the love rival segment wasn’t dragged on and it’s rare to see a couple endure long distance just to support each other’s careers. good for them

Pandora created a topic of You Like Me

a cute short read. the art is really pretty too

Pandora created a topic of Don't Mess With the Puppy!

every chapter gave me cuteness aggression! exactly the kind of story i wish would never end. everyone read this right now to heal your soul

Pandora created a topic of Monster In The Mist

i like that haeyon is one of the few sensible protagonists in bl apocalypse genre, with combat skills & genius intellect to match. it’s pretty plot heavy but i wish the creator conveyed the story using scenes rather than info dumping through dialogue. it gets tedious to read bc of that and the monotonous poses, like they’re always just standing or sitting down. even during action scenes they look rigid. lastly, a moment of silence for jihyuk’s old hair ( T﹏T )

Pandora created a topic of summer season

obsessive x oblivious is one of my ultimate tropes, no matter how overdone so i didn’t care about the negative reviews. but 20 chapters in… and it is in fact, painfully generic. ‘plot’ was a snooze fest and the characters are flat as cardboard paper. prolly would’ve eaten this up 5 years ago before my frontal lobe developed idk

Pandora created a topic of Spectrophilia

interesting plot but could’ve had better execution. they fuck pretty much every chapter lol

Pandora created a topic of Dead man Switch

there are times when hohyun has the survival instincts of a fart. plus it got annoying when they repeatedly encountered the same kind of cowardly, entitled assholes. didn’t feel much chemistry between the mcs either. the resolution happened so fast that everything in season 1 felt like a fever dream… i wasn’t really invested, but i also didn’t hate it

Pandora created a topic of Max Mojave's Case

i was skeptical at first bc i thought the plot was trying to be more complex than it actually was. but even with predictable outcomes, the characters made smart choices that kept me hooked. i esp liked that chris didn’t jump to conclusions about max and remained steadfast in his trust. thankfully, he didn’t play the role of a damsel in distress like most mafia stories with civilian lovers. the story is satisfying bc right when it seems like the worst is about to happen, everything plays out in the mcs favor. i wish there’d been an after story for both couples tho (and a longer depiction of the brothers suffering for their crimes)

Pandora created a topic of Black Mirror

while reading i went from “aw it’s not too bad, kinda adorable even. maybe i judged the cover too soon” to “wtf put these bitches in an asylum”. i can’t tell if i just don’t like psycho thrillers or the plot was too ambitious then fell off as other comments suggested. i initially enjoyed it bc the first half reminded me sm of ‘at the end of the road’ (i’ll reread it as a palate cleanser now). after the door sex chapter, i just skimmed through the rest of the story… it stops being scary once u’ve accepted that the narrator is not in danger, but unreliably batshit crazy. still would love to read another work by this artist since their characters are dreamy as hell.

Pandora created a topic of A Trace of the Wonder

cried like a fucking baby. the dungeon panels were so cinematic, it really drew me in to keep reading. i adored the side characters and the mc. i was wondering why hyeon’s behavior toward yiseon did a 180 from an asshole to mr-nice-guy. turns out it was still part of an act, but yiseon was sadly two steps ahead. the lighthouse scene really solidified this as a 10/10 for me.
