it's kinda funny how MC is like, lowkey pathetic and unlikeable and overall has a sense of entitlement for other peoples' time and attention, but at least he's not a bad person and is morally decent at times. like him being selfish with an insane lack of social adjustment skills due to a combination of being a child star and a lock-in who was mentally destroyed by media for 5 years kinda hits hard for this plot. like at first i could not understand how he wasted his second chance at least online gambling or using the 2nd free trial's hint in a way that gained no losses annoyed me, but then i was like "dude lives in fear of society, no wonder he doesn't want to do some youtube predicting the future video for views"

I'm done reading the novel. Jinsu will going to be like a Foster son to Halo/Haeil's parents, since Haeil's father decde to tutor jinsu and his mother prepares foods for him as well even if Haeil was not at their family house. Haeil told jinsu he's welcome to stop by their house whenever after he saw how jinsu's living arrangement was like. There's no rivalry in this story, mostly it's like finding out who Halo was and music. In special chapter Jinsu will be part of Halo's label as an artist/composer as well

read up to ch4 and honestly i think the characters are refreshing. and i like how they introduce a cast from the start. but i just can't get into it? like smth in the mc feels lacking. like girlie u died from a heart attack, your entire legacy and work was being stolen with your name blacklisted from the media world, and you woke up 20 years in the past and had ZERO reaction to all that? like, you're not even a BIT mad? can't spare a single thought? also you went 20 yeras in the past and met up with old friends and didn't have any emotional response? like zero tears, zero nostalgic reminiscient, zero regrets? like girl just barrels forward and treats all her old and current relationships so transactionally. like girlie has nothing in her life, past or present, that emotionally ties her down to the world.

even the way she had her work stolen was pathetic too. you're telling you've been in the industry for 20 years and you get logged out of the company account (or in this case they deleted the files off the cloud and the email chain) and that's it? if work was all she got going on before and after she regressed she did a piss poor job of taking ownership of it. i'd let it slide if the story was about some talented new college grad getting their work plagiarized in a predatory work environment for the first time, but this is an industry veteran making the rookie mistake of not covering her own ass.
it's like one of those generic, bad action plots but done very well so far (there r only 2 chapters in and im eating this shit up). it's like similar level of instant, fast-paced level up plots as cheating men must die u know
