Kaede is being heavily drugged. From what we saw these last few chapters he is left half naked. And he has to wait til the morning to get cleaned up. He is paralyzed from the drug so he can't even relive himself. And he can't even get to sleep...like he has just been passing out.
It should have been Kaede to help him ease the pressure. But if the cousin knows what it is like to be left in such a state then I understand why he would just jack him off and leave. Kaede is an ass. He is super irritable. Looks like he can't even control his transformations well. The cousin may have figured that it was pointless to go to Kaede.
