I believe it's inspired by Maplestory. really old MMORPG, 2d pixel style. Gets super grindy at higher levels and is altogether not fun past lvl 160 unless you have a good community/guild with you.
But I mean, it's also not bad. So. If you'd like to play it, there's a more recent version, MaplestoryM, which is for mobile. I suggest trying that one out too.
