Did the doc tell him to ask for the medical supplies because he truly wanted to save the kid or because he wanted the ML to kill MC for wanting to disobey the orders? Cuz maybe i'm paranoid but i feel weird about him asking to get permission after telling him that they made up the rules.

I agree, she seems like an alpha.. I was hoping an omega would show up in their story tho. I would love to see an omega that goes after the seme, even when he's low on his prohibitors... and he resists. Because the beta uke will always have that worry otherwise.
