OMG I LOVE THEM SO MUCH!!
This single handedly cured my toxic BL depression.
They're so freaking cute, the art and the writing is amazing! This is so heartfelt and wholesome, I can't stop gushing about this.
Especially seeing them all GROWN UP in the extra, it genuinely makes me happy that they've stayed together and are happy.
Idc if this is a cliche happy ending but I needed that so badly!
Been reading some rather toxic/psychologically heavy Manhwa lately and this just made me happy.

YESSS IT'S BACK!!
The reason why I started this! The absolutely beautiful and mesmerizing visuals, I love how the author utilizes the canvas, it's amazing to look at.
Haemin in in a bridal veil with the snakes or him holding Dogun with wings on his back.
And even the distorted effect when someone mumbles.
Reminds me of the first time I read "The Fever king" (Webtoon).
This is all so beautiful to look at, I also feel like the writing has got a bit better in this chapter.
I'm praying for no smut in the next one, I just need more plot now
I LOVE THIS!
This hits all the marks for me:
- athlete x athlete
- feisty but easily swayed bottom
- my FAVORITE type of Top (goofy and flirtatious personality)
- pretty art
Albeit the plot is a bit lackluster and rushed, I'm still so into their dynamic as a couple!
Edit: okay this is 5 chapters only...explains the rushed plot, still sad, would love to see more of them.
I feel like their relationship is shifting.
Although not as well executed in the latest chapters (namely tunnel sex arc), I'm actually a huge fan of relationship dynamics that aren't founded on love, but rather something else, for example responsibility, fear of being abandoned, a false sense of safety and so on.
Whenever a BL Manhwa introduced a couple like this, there's always a psychological undertone which I like reading (into lol).
With the way both are acting, I don't feel like it's love in the traditional sense but rather possessiveness and fear of loss.
I really tried, it's my fourth attempt to read this for God sake!
My first attempt was 2 years ago and here I am, on chapter 27 and I can't....I need a break.
Mad respect for anyone that binge read this, this Manhwa PHYSICALLY hurts me in so many ways.
I wanna push through because Dark Fantasy, trauma and Guideverse is an amazing combo but the sex scenes with multiple people take me out.
I've read a lot of toxic and painful things but this one takes the cake in being the MOST uncomfortable experience of all.
I might be back after a break, I've seen edits that get me hyped for the action scenes but my GOD make it stop.
Edit: In case anyone wanna heal their soul after this and likes the themes of this:
- Traces of the Sun
- Death Delayed for a Short Time Because of the Will
- A guide out to succeed
All have their fair share of trauma but monogamy so the interactions between the characters feel nice to read.
Story aside, I really liked the aspect of the reversible couple, we rarely see that which is a shame.
The last page with the afterwords was really interesting, the reason for a female reader to relate to a Bottom more and why this author wanted to have this kind of couple.
Does anyone have a good recommendation for such a couple?
I love how their bickering continues no matter what
But ngl I would love to see some serious moments of affection like when Jaehyuk hugged Garam when he started crying or just holding hands and cuddling.

Alright I love plots like these! Reminds me of "I became the lousy side Top" (amazing Manhwa!!).
But I was so afraid to have such an awkward situation in the first chapter with him being Isekai'd but I was so thankful when he told ML the truth in the second chapter!
So to anyone worrying the same, he comes clean about being from another world!
Although my doubt rose again when I heard the ML is a psychiatrist (pls believe Mc!).
Ngl I absolutely love their dynamic! The bottom has such a unique personality too, he's from a powerful family yet kind and good at interacting with women in a respectful way. He's also flirtatious and naive but genuine.
That makes him interested to me and I love how the bodyguard (Top) is the one obsessing over his master.
Really refreshing and an amazing read so far.
