It annoys me how some of y'all still say that "Raffael only fell for her when she started to ignore him" Cuz he didn't even fall for her instantly when he noticed her change (unlike some ml's of manwha's I've dropped), Cayena didn't even "ignore" Him in the first place. She just placed a barrier between them by not acting the way she did back then (which was what caused Raffael to feel uncomfortable around her).
It's just basically her respecting his boundaries that peaked his interest, but ofc not in a romantic way since he was still pretty cautious around her. I mean, anyone would be interested in a person/ would want to understand why that person suddenly started to respect them by knowing their boundaries when back then, they used to cling unto them and make them uncomfortable.
