Between this and stranger than friends side stories I feel like the manhwa artists are just trying to see how far they can push re: abhorrent treatment of one partner by another and still keep an audience engaged. Dragging out suffering this long… I don’t think any kind of fucking cliche chasing and groveling could make up for it. It’s either that or accepting that a good artist does not a good writer make bc both of these manhwas have such bad plot rife with abuse (in the case of STF, specifically talking about the side story couples).
