She is trying to talk to him about it, to have a rational conversation. Which he is not letting happen, he is guilty tripping her and is all like "your overdramatic", he is a guy so the presence on him to have kids isn't much so he can brush it off, but she is the wife surrounded by friends and people who are mothers who constantly make her feel like she is less of a woman cuz she is not a mother, she always wanted a child in the back of her head but didn't cuz 1, her husband didn't support her and simply treated the embryo like its a bad thing, 2, he ignored her needs and didnt realise that a pregnant woman is more prone to mood swings, especially one as emotional af the fl, and 3, he ignored her appointment, showed no proper support and acted like he is a good husband when he ignored good amount of stuff. Like even when she tried to have a proper conversation about children, he brushed her off as drunk and refused to listen, that's why she did all that housework to prove she can handle herself, him, the house and the children. Not to say she isn't wrong, but In a situation where she is being told she is overreacting when she is overwhelmed is low. And wrong. For a bit there I was kinda sure that he was cheating on her but apparently not, cuz that how badly he brushed her off.
