I truly believe someone has to do the research of the relations between manga/manwha artists and having some sort of illness...and I'm not even saying this to be mean and everybody gets sick, fine...But there HAS to be a correlation because WHY does this keep happening to every story I fall in love with!!?? The author somehow falls sick and never return
Maybe just maybe.. some of them get bored or burnout from their own work and just decide to quit (which is understandable), they can't just simply tell their followers "hey I got bored of this so I quit" so they drop the sick card. I mean ofc there are artists who actually get sick but after so much time has passed you start to doubt a little.
considering that mangaka in japan have a 20yr reduction in life expectancy, I think there is actually just a correlation. especially if you consider that the webtoon industry is super new, there won’t be the protections in place for authors. It’s easy to take advantage of someone who genuinely loves what they do. Other comments have also pointed out that this author hasn’t even posted on twitter since 2021 so maybe this isn’t the comment section to be skeptical in

This story is so frustratingly frustrating. Idk how to explain it, the development of the characters and the vast emotions of everyone is great and all but it has really makes me sad to the point I'm just frustrated.
I feel bad for the FL as well because it feels like she has somewhat lost her spark from her losing her memories and it just makes me feel like we are going in circles...I wonder if she would live a more content life if she did not want to return to her previous life? Also unlike everyone else she is not in the favor of the cold and powerful Duke of the north but an employee of the emperor and his trashy concubine *sigh*
I would not like to be reincarnated in this story.
